Spirit is guiding me to speak about the power of three and the card 3 of earth also known as 3 of Pentacles this specific deck represent this card with the young witches each holding a planet

The first witch holds Mars as it set the stage for action to take place. The second witch holds Earth as to ensure everything flows naturally as it should. And the last witch holds the Moon to give clarity to our cycles.

This is the combination for magic to happen. The power of three. The process of putting ideas and skills to work for development.

This card also speak of mastership where new projects with others will be , everyone sharing ideas and being taught as well as teachings. When I think of mastership and what that means to me it is the ability to continue to learn. there is something so humble in finding the lesson hidden inside the experience for self. a chance for growth within self.

A lot of Virgo energy (earth) in this aspect of the card where it talks about having to be meticulous in our planning. Working with other sometimes can be a challenge. This is where clear communication comes in. After all it is the key to understanding.

I really see this lesson being the lesson is the energy of mars where we have the action taking place of mastery. The earth energy coming in with the meticulous planning that goes into keeping the flow of things and then we have the moon asking us to see and understand clearly.

When we share ideas and give recognition things will be easier to accomplish and be fully satisfying. This is how we collaborate.
